Talk:Cloning a Debian server

The proposed method for getting the list of installed packages does not work in the case the system is running a mixture of stable/testing/unstable.

--get-selections does not show the distro a package belongs to. Use apt-showpackages for this. --haiax 12:26, 2 February 2006 (CET)
