The reservation deadline is September 8. After that date, reservation can still be made through the RESOTEL service but possibly some of their options are not available anymore.

The hotels Astrid Centre, Floris Arlequin, Atlas, and Carrefour de l'Europe are in the city center of Brussels. The workshop location can easily be reached from there by the bus line 71, which you can catch, for example, at the stops De Brouckere or Gare Central (central station); get off at stop Jeanne. The trip takes ca. 25 to 35 minutes depending on the traffic conditions.

The hotels Beausite and White hotel are in or close to Avenue Louise at about 2km walking distance (ca. 20 min).

Also, good quality and cheap accommodations can be obtained in any of the Youth Hostels of Brussels. To get information on Youth Hostels and for booking follow the links in the table below. The Centre Sportif de la Forêt de Soignes Youth Hostel, although located in the outskirts of the city, is easily reachable from the conference site by bus (number 72). The Génération Europe and Bruegel Youth Hostels are not too far from the conference site and conveniently located near the center of the city.
