Accommodation
We pre-reserved rooms at several hotels in Brussels for the participants of the ANTS 2012. Below, you can find a list of hotels and prices. All hotels have been chosen such that they are easily accessible by public transport (tram line 94). See below for a map of Brussels.
Please note that you still have to book a room at the hotel of your choice! To make a reservation at the ANTS 2012 conditions, please complete this reservation form and return it by email (Brussels Booking Desk) or by fax 0032 (0)2 563 61 05.
Rooms are available upon a first come, first served basis. The reservations and the rates are subject to availability.
In case your preferred hotel, category or room price is not listed, please contact the Brussels Booking Desk), they would be pleased to assist you in making reservation in one of our nearly 200 partner hotels.
The below mentioned conditions are per single occupied room, per night, breakfast, taxes & service included. Valid only for the 12th and 13th of September, 2012.

For all listed hotels, the following conditions apply:
- All room reservations will be made by the conference attendees on an individual bases.
- The abovementioned prices cannot be combined with any other discounts and/or other previously booked arrangements.
- A single reservation request for more than 8 rooms is considered a group booking and will be subject to the hotels applicable "Terms & Conditions", and group cancellation policy.
- The individually made hotel room reservations can be cancelled free of charge, in writing (fax or email), till 72 hours prior to arrival. Afterwards, the hotel will charge the incurred loss which corresponds to difference of the number of nights between start of the stay and possible re-booking of the room by a third party, the complete compensation not exceeding the entire stay booked. The policy will be stated on the hotel's booking form and on the hotel confirmation.
- When attendees are not showing up at the date booked, a "no-show", the attendees will be charged the entire stay booked. Rooms are held until noon the day following the arrival date. Afterwards the room will be offered as freely available, without prior notice.
- In case of an early departure, the remaining night(s) may be charged to the individual attendee's credit card.
- All room reservations must be guaranteed, with a valid credit card (card type, card number, card expiry date, card holder as well as the CVV code at back of the card). Details will be requested via the hotel room reservation form.
- The full payment will be made by the individual attendee when checking-out at the hotel. The hotereception staff will ask upon arrival a credit card imprint or cash deposit to guarantee the payment of all expensive. In some rare cases a full payment of the accommodation cost upon arrival can be asked.
- The hotel's official arrival time (check-in) is 3PM (local time), the day of arrival. In the event of an early arrival (before the official check-in time), is recommended to pre-book, the latest 72 hours prior to arrival, the night before the actual stay to guarantee an available room upon arrival.
- Possible unexpected early arrivals will be provided a room upon availability, although an immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.
- The hotel rooms have to be vacant again by noon (local time), the day of departure. In the event of a late liberated room the hotel can apply charges up to one additional night.
