Grande do Norte (UFRN, 2008). Master en Sistemas y Computación por el Programa
de Pós-Graduação em Sistemas e Computação (PPgSC, UFRN, 2011), presentando una disertación de título "Uma colônia de formigas para o
caminho mais curto multiobjetivo" (Una colonia de hormigas para el camino más corto multiobjetivo) el 07 de febrero de 2011.
Desde 2009, investigo sobre Optimización Multiobjetivo, particularmente en el desarollo de algoritmos basados en metaheurísticas para la resolución de problemas NP-Hard. Entre el 2009 y el 2011, tal investigación ha sido realizada en el Laboratorio de Algoritmos Experimentales (Laboratório de Algoritmos Experimentais, LAE) de la Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte.
Actualmente,
soy alumno de Doctorado en Ciencias de la Ingeniería, en el laboratorio IRIDIA de la Université Libre de Bruxelles, trabajando en un proyecto titulado "Generalización
de metaheurísticas para problemas de optimización combinatória con tres o más objetivos", bajo la supervisión de Thomas Stützle y la co-supervisión de Manuel López-Ibáñez. Esta investigación se desarolla gracias al apoyo de la agencia de fomento científico FRS-FNRS, a través de la beca F.R.I.A.
