!!!!!!! PARTY !!!!!!!

What are we gonna eat?

  1. Cotechino & Lenticchie (Lenticchie prepared by Vito, cotechino prepared by anyone). Ingredients:
    • lentils (Vito can buy in south italy ;-) ), celery, carrots, onions, garlic, olive oil
    • cotechino (kind of spiced Italian sausage)
  2. Ciciri e tria (typical salentu dish prepared by Vito... someone already tried, but as Vito was drunk that time, he used a bit too much pepper... He promises he won't use pepper this time!). Ingredients can be bought by Vito in south Italy (to be refounded):
    • 3/4 Kg of "tria", fresh pasta similar to tagliatelle
    • Cickpeas
    • celery, carrots, onions, garlic (same as for lenticchie)
      • I don't believe that Vito will not drink. See below... --haiax 16:32, 14 December 2005 (CET)
      • I didn't say I won't drink, I said I won't use pepper!!! --vito 16:38, 14 December 2005 (CET)
  3. Keftedakia (Greek version of arabian KEFTA, prepared by me). Ingredients:
    • minced meat, persil, onions, garlic, olive oil, bread crumps, salt, pepper
    • very easy prepare, its even eaten cold
      • I would say the "prepared by me" is referred to Christos ;o)--paola
  4. Crostini of polenta with baccalà mantecato --paola
      • what about the ingredients?!?--vito

What are we gonna drink?

  1. Negroni
    • Simple to prepare. We need: Campari, Gin, Red Martini.
      • The real problem is "how much"...
  2. Jaegermeister
    • Simple to make drunk Ciro. We need: Ciro, Jaegermeister.
      • The real problem is "how drunk"...
  3. Mojito
    • Simple to prepare and less deadly than Negroni. We need: White Rum, Lemonjuice, Peppermint, Sugar, Sparkling Water.
      • The more the better. There is no problem...
  4. Caiprinha
    • having mojito the step is straightforward... We need only cachaça and limes in addition!
      • The problem is having some brasilians to prepare it...
  5. Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer
    • I know, it's pussy. But so are we!!!!!!
      • The problem is getting some real beer, because that Italian stuff is unswallowable
  6. Wine
    • You pigs, remember that civilized people invented WINE to accompany food. Given that we are in Italy, a wine producing country, that we can afford to buy Italian wine there (unlike here that it costs TOO much), we need wine!
  7. Whiskey
    • The Celtic race apart from music contributed to the world with this maginificent digestif that lords and other people that know how to enjoy life honour. Every evening, we all deserve a glass of whiskey. To welcome the new year also. Sth cheap better: say Jameson (not Jenna, she's expensive)
      • well, Jenna may be expensive, but her dvds or tapes may be not... you bring some from your collection, Christos? :P --vito 18:15, 14 December 2005 (CET)
  8. SPRITZ !!!! we are in Venice .... we are gonna have liters of spritz! --paola

What are we gonna buy?
