What are we gonna eat?
- Cotechino & Lenticchie (Lenticchie prepared by Vito, cotechino prepared by anyone). Ingredients:
- lentils (Vito can buy in south italy ;-) ), celery, carrots, onions, garlic, olive oil
- cotechino (kind of spiced Italian sausage)
- Ciciri e tria (typical salentu dish prepared by Vito... someone already tried, but as Vito was drunk that time, he used a bit too much pepper... He promises he won't use pepper this time!). Ingredients can be bought by Vito in south Italy (to be refounded):
- 3/4 Kg of "tria", fresh pasta similar to tagliatelle
- Cickpeas
- celery, carrots, onions, garlic (same as for lenticchie)
- Keftedakia (Greek version of arabian KEFTA, prepared by me). Ingredients:
