Abstract
I will start my presentation by briefly over-viewing my previous
experience in robotics as a mechanical engineer. Then, I will discuss
my recent research interests which range over mobile robotics and bio-robotics.
Concerning mobile robotics, I will discuss applications to remote
health care by means of audio/video web based stream carried by
autonomous vehicles.
Then, concerning bio-robotics, I will discuss a project for the full design of
electronic control lower limb prostheses, from mechanical components machining
to embedded software.
I will conclude briefly describing a just started project in motion detection.
