The appointment will be for fixed-term for 1 year with opportunities for renewal. The successful candidate will work on enhancing existing software, developed by the research team, for capturing real-time scheduling data. Following that, the successful candidate will work closely with the team members to develop scalable algorithms for real-time scheduling. The successful candidate should have, or submitted, a PhD in computer science, applied mathematics, operations research or a closely related field. Excellent knowledge of Visual C++ is essential for appointment. Knowledge and understanding of equity and diversity principles and OHS practices is also essential.
