The aim of this presentation is to introduce an evolutionary approach for high dimensional Experimental Design. Traditional statistical design of experiments approach may be impracticable when the number of independent variables increases considerably. I will present some results of the evolutionary approach on different experimental settings. The first concerns the optimization of a Self-Organizing Amphiphilic System, while the second experimental problem is about Never Born Protein or Synthetic Protein and it represents an open project and I will introduce the basic ideas and guidelines.
